Badminton*

Badminton is a racket sport played by either two opposing players (singles or doubles), who are positioned on opposite halves of a rectangular court divided by a net. Players score point by striking a shuttlecock with their racket in such a way that it passes over the racket and lands in the opponent’s half of the court. Each player can only strike the shuttlecock once before it is passed over the net.

Cricket

The bowler delivers the ball to the batsman who attempts to hit the ball with his bat far enough, that he can take a run to the other end of the pitch and score a run. Each batsman continues batting till he is out. The batting team continues batting until the batsmen are out. The teams are then switched, i.e. fielding team now comes in to bat.

Table Tennis*

Table tennis,also known as ping pong is a sport in which two or four players hit a lite weight ball back and forth, using table tennis rackets. The game is carried on a hard table divided by a net. Apart from the initial serve, players have to hit and bounce the ball in the opposite direction.

Basketball*

Basketball is a game played by two teams of five players on a rectangular court. The objective is to shoot a ball through a hoop 18 inches (46cm) in diameter and 10 feet(3.0m) high mounted to a backboard at each end. Basketball is one of the world's most popular and widely viewed sport. A team can score a field goal by shooting the ball through the basket during a regular game.

volleyball*

Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team’s court under organized rules. The complete rules are extensive but the game proceeds as follows: A player on one of the teams begins a ‘Rally’ by serving the ball (tossing or releasing it and then hitting it with a hand or arm), from behind the back boundary line of the court, over the net, and subsequently into the receiving team’s court. The receiving team must not let the ball be grounded within their court. The team may touch the ball up to 3 times but individual players can not touch the ball twice consequently.

Boxing Punching Bag

A boxing punching bag is a bag which is actually designed to be repeatedly punched. It is generally cylindrical and is completely filled with various materials of corresponding hardness so that the punching doesn’t go void.

Trampoline

A trampoline is a device consisiting of a piece of taut, strong fabric stretched over a steel frame using many coiled springs. People bounce on trampolines recreational and competitive purposes.The fabric that users bounce on (commonly known as the 'bounce mat'or trampoline bed') is not elastic in itself.
